Manager - Human Resources

Our Human Resource Department is almost entirely targeted at increasing employee satisfaction and positioning Orios as a best HR brand.

Managing a dynamic team of 55 employees this job will give the individual an opportunity to use their skills and knowledge on various spears of Human Resource management.

Main Purpose of the job

To strategize, plan and manage the operations of human resources function.


Core Responsibilities

  • Implementing the best people management practices to create an empowered, enjoyable workplace, and performance based culture.
  • Formulate, effectively implement and manage various HR processes and systems.
  • Implementation of recruitment strategy to attract the best talent that fits our company culture; campus recruitments; to launch new initiatives to aid in easy and cost effective sourcing.
  • Design retention best practices to ensure attrition is at the minimum.
  • Payroll administration.
  • Maintain cordial relationship with employees; handle their grievance and counsel them to assure employee satisfaction.


Qualification

Graduate in any discipline with MBA (HR).
