Customer Service Representative
Customer Service department focuses on the commitment to provide our customers with value added services, knowledge, product support and quality of service in a timely manner.
The team takes responsibility for assisting the customer at various stages of interaction with our company. Right from the time they visit our site till the execution of the order.
The team also coordinates with Florists to assure the smooth flow of orders.
Main Purpose of the job
To retain the existing customers and acquire new ones by providing highest level of customer service experience.
Principle duties
- Process the orders efficiently.
- Resolve Florist concerns in a timely manner to maintain scheduled delivery.
- Provide quick and consistent customer support via live chat, telephone and emails.
- Strictly follow the policy and procedures to resolve customer related issues to result in customer satisfaction.
Qualification
Graduate (any stream) from a reputed University in India or abroad.
